At Healix™, we are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your Healix™ Titanium Cutting Board. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your Healix™ Titanium Cutting Board within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or packing slip)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@try-healix.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send your item back before contacting us.
  • Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or provider).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@try-healix.com .

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Healix™ Titanium Cutting Board arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@try-healix.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. We may cover return shipping for valid cases.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at support@try-healix.com.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
  • Sale items or gift cards
